I’d been dealing with a bit of pain on the outside of my knee that just wouldn’t shift. It wasn’t awful, but it was starting to make me avoid things without even realising it. Dom had me try a simple movement sequence – it was surprisingly easy, nothing weird or intense – and the change was pretty much instant. I even went mountain biking later that day. Dom’s got a way of seeing how your body works that most trainers just don’t.
